The "Digital Supreme Court Reports" (Digi-SCR) represents a monumental shift in legal information dissemination by way of digital publication of the Supreme Court Reports (SCR) on this website from January, 2024 onwards, replacing the print edition.

Also, for the benefit of legal fraternity as well as the wider public, the back-volumes of SCR are made available on this platform, volume-wise, right from the very inception of SCR in 1950 and upto 2023.

The contents of Digi-SCR are intended for informational purposes only. Although every effort has been made by the Editorial Wing of the Supreme Court to ensure accuracy of information, there may be some typographical/ punctuation errors and,users are advised to verify from the original / relevant record and refer to the correct position of law.
